How Do I Know My Order Has Been Shipped?

We will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking number after we have dispatched your order.

What Are The Payment Method Accepted?

We accept Online Banking Payments, Visa, MasterCard, FPX and PayPal.

What Are Your Shipping Fees?

Our shipping fees within Malaysia and International Shipping (out of Malaysia) are based on Easy Parcel rates. The International (out of Malaysia) Duty fees, will be fully borne by the customer.

What Is The Expected Delivery Time For International Shipping?

Expedited International shipping will take 15-20 working days. Please take note that the estimated shipping fee will be collected during order placed, if the shipping fee is underpaid, customer will need to top up the balance. We do not accept order cancellations upon dispatch of your order.

How About Customs And Import Duties?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Shipping Issues?

Once the parcel is shipped, Rusty Nomad Goods will not be held responsible for loss or damage to your parcel. Strictly no refunds for any shipping & handlings charges paid. Though once again, all parcels will ship with Tracking Numbers.

When Will My Order Be Shipped Out?

Once we have confirmed your payment, we will prepare and ship out your order out within 2-3 working days. Please expect delays during festive periods and sales promotion period.

Can I Change Or Cancel An Order?

Order could not be change once it has entered to shipping process. We would more likely to assist you if your order haven’t reach the shipping process. In event of a Cancel Order by customer, there will be administration charges of RM30. Refund Amount = Amount Paid - ( Bank Charges or Payment Gateway Fee + Administrative Fee )You could contact us at and find out the status of your order, please fill up the enquiry form.

What Do We Need For A Return?

Merchandise must be unused, in original condition, in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

What Is Not Returnable?

Product not purchase through this website. Product that are stained, either by water or other liquids

Within How Long Should I Inform About My Damage / Defect / Incorrect Item?

For fast processing, we really appreciate if you could get back to us within 48 hours upon receiving a damaged/defect/incorrect item. The return product must reach us within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Within How Long Will The Replacement Product Will Be Delivered?

The replacement product(s) will be delivered within 7 working days from the date of receiving the return parcel to the address as indicated in the original order.

Could I Cancel My Order After Making The Payment?

Yes, but there is a RM30 administration charge on it.

Who Will Bear The Postage Fee?

Postage in the event of a return is to be borne by the customer.
